Three Partners; 200 acres sold to William Sherrill by Thomas Jacobs

I am not sure of the exact location but the document referrs to Ca. County (Charles County?) on the Potomac River.

This is the well known document which shows that Wlliam Sherrill, Sr. gave 100 acres to Adam and 100 acres to William, Jr.
Then Adam gave 20 acres back to William Sr. before giving 100 acres to Sam Caldwell.
Adam gave 120 acres but he only had 100 acres to give!
