Specially Prepared Orchestral Parts, etc.

The following list consists of items I have prepared for special situations in the orchestra library. They may be difficult to obtain or out-of-print parts, more accomodating transpositions, etc. as well as some other useful forms and information including blank manuscript paper.

• Mahler, Symphony No. 5, D Clarinet part transposed to E-flat Clarinet (5 pages, 401k) contributed by Ella Fredrickson

• Till Eulenspiegel (Strauss), E-flat clarinet part transposed from the orginal in D (4 pages, 109K)
• Alpensinfonie (Strauss), Bb Clarinet/Bass Clarinet transposed from the original, C Clarinet/Bass Clarinet (11 pages, 232K)
• Romeo & Juliet (Prokofiev) Suite 2, Bass Clarinet part written in treble clef  (6 pages, 230K)
• Sorcerer's Apprentice (Dukas), Bass Clarinet part written in treble clef  (7 pages, 118K) (source, Kalmus edition A1412)
• La Valse (Ravel), Bass Clarinet part written in treble clef  (8 pages, 119K) (source, Kalmus edition A8178)

• Mozart Requiem, Alto Trombone for the Bärenreiter Edition 4538, correctly notated in alto clef (8pages, 204K)
• Mozart Mass in C, Alto Trombone for the Bärenreiter Edition, correctly notated in alto clef (6 pages, 199K) contributed by Juhana Hautsalo (Tapiola Sinfonietta)
• Götterdämmerung: Rheinfahrt, Tod u. Trauermarsch, & Immolation Scene (Wagner), Bass Trumpet at concert pitch written in bass and tenor clef (8 pages, 136K)
• Symphony Fantastique (Berlioz), Cornet part written for movement II. "Un Bal" (2 Pages, 54K)
• Don Quixote (Strauss), Tenor Tuba in C, in bass clef (4 pages, 313K) contributed by David Miller
• Sinfonetta (Janacek), Bass Trumpet (in C) written in bass clef   contributed by Jari Eskola

Strings:

• Viola part for Kalmus, La Bohème, transposition of tenor aria missing from Act I  (2 pages)

You may download the files by clicking on the appropriate instrument or title. Files are in .pdf format and require  Adobe Acrobat Reader (TM)  to open and read. Files may appear fuzzy and irregular on your monitor but will print clearly. Once downloaded, you can print and use them free of charge.
